“Overall, a great experience. Lake is beautiful in the morning. Perfect location for me to fish for invasive freshwater fish. The area at waters edge is dangerous with broken concrete from renovations and the ground is very uneven. A LARGE bush dominates 70% of the shoreline limiting fishing access to the lake. More regulations/restrictions/deposit than i am used to from an individual host. Less of a personal feel to the transaction. Would stay again here.”

“Make sure to read over the entire listing. I made the mistake of not clicking on “see more” because all I really cared about was 2 beds & close proximity to where we’d be working. There is a 3rd party website you have to go to & be verified & then they ask you to pay a security deposit separate from the Airbnb site. There is a decible meter on the ceiling in the living room that was either set way too sensitive or was malfunctioning. I got texts & phone calls both while we were sleeping & also once just sitting on the couch watching TV that said the cops would be called if our “noise” continued. Also be prepared to wear shoes the entire time because your feet will be black on the bottom if not. There were bugs, but we did get a message that the pest control was coming so they’re at least aware & trying to fix it, although I didn’t much care for them coming into the house when we weren’t there. Host was friendly & responsive”
