PMI Premium Services

PMI Premium Services's guest rating of 4.68 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

I don’t look at my email a lot. So I Figured once I confirm payment and everything was set up that I was good to go. Confirming multiple times what we were doing and payment I thought was a little much. I felt like that should’ve all been included in the initial fees so I didn’t have to constantly go through my emails and keep repeating the same process.

Overall my 5 night stay was okay and just that . It was not an exact match to the pictures , we had issue with one of the bathroom tubs running yellow water and the water in the tub would t go down for some reason , even tho that issue was addressed in a few hours it did add to the other issues The backyard could use a lot of TLC there’s a lot of standing water that needs to be drained as it adds to the mosquitos in the back We could not enjoy the backyard without getting bit by mosquitos , the pool was said to have been cleaned 2 days before we got there but didn’t look to be that way when we arrived for our stay There’s algae and the bottom that needs to be cleaned , the bathroom fixings ran down Moldy caulking in bathroom areas the listing it self it has about 7 rules wich are the typical rules that every host would want to be followed but upon check in I was sent a whole new list of rules and expectations which should be listed in the original rules 1 tv for 3 rooms

A very uncomfortable house to stay in it’s like you walking on an eggshell. The rules are very extreme. It’s like you couldn’t do nothing or even laugh to loud just to keep your deposit and also the house had broken appliances the door. It wasn’t very clean in the bathrooms. They was kinda dirty. The trash was full with magnets. We saw like three cockroaches, and they try to scam me out my money.

Overall, a great experience. Lake is beautiful in the morning. Perfect location for me to fish for invasive freshwater fish. The area at waters edge is dangerous with broken concrete from renovations and the ground is very uneven. A LARGE bush dominates 70% of the shoreline limiting fishing access to the lake. More regulations/restrictions/deposit than i am used to from an individual host. Less of a personal feel to the transaction. Would stay again here.

We dealt with repeated maintenance issues and poor communication throughout our 7-week stay. The “fully fenced” yard was broken in multiple areas, and the exterior was overgrown with trip hazards, exposed wires, a stagnant algae-filled pond, and what appeared to be mold on the patio and doors. Inside, the freezer gave electrical shocks, hot water lasted only a few minutes, the toilet frequently ran for long periods, and a front-door gap allowed bugs inside. We dealt with termite swarms, ants, mosquitoes, roaches, and lizards inside. The internet was extremely slow/unreliable, and the linens were poor enough that I purchased my own. The AC failed more than once, leaked, and struggled to maintain temperature even after 2 service visits. Vendor communication was chaotic, with unexpected visits, scheduling confusion, and being locked out after a door code change. Questions were ignored or avoided, while unwanted trash reminders continued despite repeated requests to stop.

The home has a serious COCKROACH infestation! I stayed for 3 weeks for work and when I messaged the host they said that pest control sprays the first week of each month but they would have them come spray again. The host clearly knows that they have an ongoing cockroach infestation but continue to rent out the house!!! Its DISGUSTING!! The cockroaches are all over the kitchen, in the cabinets, in the dishwasher, on the counters. They are also in the bathrooms. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Although the location was good, they do not allow ANY visitors. This didn’t work out well for us, as we have a lot of family in South FL. The home is dated. For the price we payed, I expected the home to be upgraded. Shower curtain in Primary bathroom plastic and old. Could not find any pot holders in the kitchen. Only 6 bath towels for 6 people. A pillowcase came off one of the pillows and it was stained and dingy. I was afraid to look at the others. The fans in all the rooms squeezed. It was a place to rest our heads. I visit South Florida a lot. I will not be staying at this location again.

Location was great , place was smaller than I expected. No stove or hot plate. Cream for coffee was bad . Only left 2 bottles of water for a 4 night stay. Overall stay was OK.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by a serious roach infestation throughout the house. After being informed that the property had been fumigated, we returned to find roaches visible in multiple areas of the home, including the kitchen and common spaces. We requested cleaning and proper disinfection due to the infestation, but were advised that no further cleaning would be provided because the home had been “initially clean,” without taking into consideration the ongoing pest issue. We were also informed that after fumigation, more roaches might begin to appear, which made the property unsuitable for us to continue staying in. As a result, we had to move out.

Be careful before you book with this company. They require a $500 refundable deposit (which took several days to refund) or a $50 nonrefundable. They also charge for a pet fee, which forced me to not able to bring my pets after making all travel arrangements based on this. All of the arrangements made, especially given the fact that they hide all of it at the bottom of the listing, they are definitely just trying to squeeze out as much money as possible from anyone who books. Not a good way to operate as a company. When I asked for assistance or accommodations, they just kept repeating the same formal response and were entirely unaccomodating and unhelpful. Airbnb did the same. The place was clean and fine for a short stay, but not worth the hassle we went through with the company. Warning to all.
