“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We also really loved the neighborhood, it was peaceful and a great location.”

“Beautiful home, just as described. However, it definitely needs an upgrade on mattresses, specifically the king bed on the 2nd floor, which was very uncomfortable. The internet is terrible; I didn't have Wi-Fi my whole stay and found small roaches in the kitchen by the island. The carpet could also use a deep cleaning.”

“Villa is in a good location, champions gate can be hard to navigate due to Google maps giving not accounting for emergency gates which are always shut, this resulted in difficulty on the first night finding the villa.”

“Unfortunately, I can’t say anything positive about our stay at this property. As soon as we walked in, the house had a strong smell of dog urine. We paid a pet fee to bring our two small dogs, but honestly, I don’t understand why, considering the condition of the home. It appeared that it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. There were spider webs throughout the house, roaches on the floor, a heavily scratched couch, and the carpet was extremely dirty. The most upsetting experience was in the bunk bed room. When my daughter went to bed, we discovered what appeared to be dried menstrual blood on the bedding, which was completely unacceptable. The internet also wasn’t working when we arrived, although I contacted the host and they were able to fix it the following day. Our reservation was from the 16th to the 23rd, but we ended up leaving three days early because we were constantly itching during our stay.
