“No geral um bom lugar para ficar, para ficar perfeito, faltam apenas algumas manutenções na casa, como chuveiros melhores e mais pressão de água, dentre outros detalhes que não citarei aqui, faltam alguns utensílios na cozinha também. De resto, tudo certo, ótima localização para parques e demais afazeres!”

“We enjoyed our stay in late September. The weather was hot but not oppressive. The location was great, within driving distance of all sorts of restaurants and the parks. The beds were a highlight. We were surprised by how comfortable they were. The rest of the furniture was adequate, but not exactly "luxury". My wife wished there were more things to cook with in the kitchen, like pots and pans. And there was no seasoning for foods.”

“I was extremely disappointed in this rental. I feel the description of the house does not match the listing. It was not a “luxury” home. So many things were broken like shower door, ice maker and outdoor lighting. The home was not cleaned very well when we arrived. The floors were dirty and literally an eye lash on the kitchen chair. Many dings and scuffs throughout the house. The toilet upstairs only worked about half the time. I would never recommend this company or stay with them again. The main reason I booked was for the club house which was closed and we were not informed prior to check in as I would have cancelled. Do better Marcos!”

“It was a great house and we enjoyed staying there. Only one downside was the special odour. But after we’ve told Airbnb, they responded immediately and ran a machine to improve the smell. It got better after that.”

Le avisé que no andaba internet, y por ende no se pudieron utilizar ni los televisores ni nuestros teléfonos! Nunca respondió nada. Y el ante último día, volviendo de los parques, tuvimos problemas para entrar al complejo, porque ya nos había retirado de la lista!”

“Beautiful home, just as described. However, it definitely needs an upgrade on mattresses, specifically the king bed on the 2nd floor, which was very uncomfortable. The internet is terrible; I didn't have Wi-Fi my whole stay and found small roaches in the kitchen by the island. The carpet could also use a deep cleaning.”

“Long line at checkin 40 min wait and slow draining tub had to plunge. Could have offered a few dollars refund for that. Other wise it was great.”

“The unit matched the photos, but it was much more worn than expected. The couches were very worn, the covers appeared dirty, there were broken blinds, water stains on the ceiling, and several maintenance issues throughout the property. The raccoon situation was also far worse than expected. The dumpster is next to the parking area, and every night there were 15-20 raccoons around and under the cars and trash area. If I had known that beforehand I would have booked elsewhere. My biggest issue was the roaches. I woke up around 4am with a roach crawling on me and found multiple others in the unit. I sent photos and videos to the host and was told the property is sprayed every 3months and someone could come while we were out. When I asked for a time so I could be present, I never received a response. No treatment was scheduled, and the next message I received was checkout instructions. The roach problem and lack of follow-up were extremely disappointing!”

“The house is stunning and is a wonderful space for large groups, but this host is extremely unwilling to do anything to accommodate any kinds of requests. He asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better, and when I asked for extra blankets, I was told that we could not have any because they only provided what was listed in the listing. Don't ask me if I need anything, and when I ask, tell me that we can't have it. The bedding in the photos is not provided. We were told that they don't provide them because they don't have time to wash them between guests. Instead they provided *one* thin blanket. Too bad if you're cold!!! Pillows were flat, beds in the main bedrooms were hard as rocks. The "starter pack of essentials" only included 5 tiny shampoo bottles for 10 guests. Getting there was a nightmare. The address brings you to a back gate with no guard to let you in. It took forever to contact the host and even they couldn't give proper directions to the main gate.”
