“The house was AMAZING! Everything was perfect and the host was very responsive! Loved everything about it.”

“first I want to say this was the worse Airbnb we have ever been to, the kitchen had ROACHES,the beds were used we saw yellow looking stained on them comforter was torn and to make it worse the washer was not in any condition for us to even do laundry, we had no where to park because a second car was parked in the drive way and we parked along both cars and was told it woul be OK but when we got out the next day our car was sticker, for illegal parking,the furniture was horrable,cat hair was all over the sofa the vents was very dirty I wouldn't recommend 1307”

“My group and I made the most of this home but there were some things that need to be addressed. The home only has 3 en-suite’s even though I was told prior to booking that it had 5 en-suite’s for each bedroom. This was a big inconvenience for our group for the lack of privacy that we were faced with. Also, there seemed to be a water leak in the closet downstairs that was supposed to be cleaned up after the Maintenance crew left yet, the carpet in that closet remained damped and the closet became unusable. This issue was accompanied by a very bad stench. Overall, the host was flexible and allowed for early check-in which was kind.”

“Our stay was extremely disappointing. The house looked nothing like the listing photos, which appear to have been taken years ago. The property has clearly not been maintained. The house was very dirty. The sofa and rug were stained, and the pool was filthy, with hair and even a rope left in the water. After we contacted the host, someone came to “clean” the pool, but they only added chlorine and left. The hair, rope, and debris were still there. There were also several broken items throughout the house, including damaged blinds, and even the pool skimmer was broken, so we couldn’t clean the pool ourselves. The property was not as advertised, and the lack of cleanliness and maintenance completely ruined our experience. We ultimately had to leave the house and book another place to continue our vacation. I would not recommend this property unless it is properly cleaned, repaired, and the listing photos are updated to reflect its actual condition.”
