“Weekend wasted on addressing issues regarding beds with bugs thus unable to utilize all rooms and No internet/TV. Had to contact Spectrum directly and get modem replaced. Provided images of infestation including images of bites on body. Yet continuing to deny. Poor services, inadequate resolution of issues and difficulty in provide support. Some were unable to sleep and weekend plans had to be canceled.”

“first I want to say this was the worse Airbnb we have ever been to, the kitchen had ROACHES,the beds were used we saw yellow looking stained on them comforter was torn and to make it worse the washer was not in any condition for us to even do laundry, we had no where to park because a second car was parked in the drive way and we parked along both cars and was told it woul be OK but when we got out the next day our car was sticker, for illegal parking,the furniture was horrable,cat hair was all over the sofa the vents was very dirty I wouldn't recommend 1307”

“Our stay was extremely disappointing. The house looked nothing like the listing photos, which appear to have been taken years ago. The property has clearly not been maintained. The house was very dirty. The sofa and rug were stained, and the pool was filthy, with hair and even a rope left in the water. After we contacted the host, someone came to “clean” the pool, but they only added chlorine and left. The hair, rope, and debris were still there. There were also several broken items throughout the house, including damaged blinds, and even the pool skimmer was broken, so we couldn’t clean the pool ourselves. The property was not as advertised, and the lack of cleanliness and maintenance completely ruined our experience. We ultimately had to leave the house and book another place to continue our vacation. I would not recommend this property unless it is properly cleaned, repaired, and the listing photos are updated to reflect its actual condition.”

“The walls were stained with dirt and 2 closet doors were broke. the pool was dirty the pool heater didn't work. the dish washer didn't work. the toilet was stained. the kitchen cabinet was hanging down. it was a dump. please don't waste your money. I will include pics if I'm allowed”
