“Our family enjoyed our stay when visiting parks in the area. Our son loved the theme rooms which was our primary reason for booking. Although not far from Disney or universal, traffic due to construction may impact your timing. The location was clean and easy to access. I will note the house is not well stocked. If you drink coffee in the morning or need more than travel sized amenities, you will need to go shopping or bring them with you. Quiet neighborhood and near plenty of shops/food. Great if you prefer to be outside of Orlando, just make sure you build in time for getting the things you need.”

“The home was dirty..I found roaches in the home..the pool is infested with ants..the beds & tubs were dirty..the a/c wasn’t working..two of the rooms there was no power..the host takes forever to respond..please do NOT say here”

“Overall we had a great stay with only a few minor issues. I understand that this property has multiple persons listed as managers which made communication slow. The kids gaming room is nice touch but clear instructions on how to get everything working would be nice.”

“While we appreciated some aspects, we ran into a number of issues that made the stay really stressful. The TV in the master bedroom was missing the plug, so we couldn’t use it, and we had to borrow a TV from another room. The playroom TV was also hard to turn on. In the Moana room, the TV and lights were not working so I had to locate the breaker box to get it working. There are way more remotes than there are TVs and all the remotes are mixed up so it's hard trying to find what remote goes to what TV even the TV outside was hard to operate. Master bed was broken. One of the ladies I spoke to did send maintenance to fix the bed in the master room the next morning, and she ordered a new TV and the missing cord for that master room so I do appreciate that. Additionally, housekeeping could use some improvement—we found a dirty diaper in the playroom, and the dishwasher was still loaded. Kitchen light not working. The place is nice needs some tlc. Hosts are helpful.”
