“House was lovely and clean . Plenty of space. Great equipment in kitchen. And in the house . Location was great to access the theme parks and local shopping. Only negative is the outdoor swim furniture could do with an update. As lounge cushions ripped and faded.”

“Really enjoyed our stay in Davenport, Florida! The house was big, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. The indoor pool was a great bonus and made the trip even more fun. Would happily stay here again!”

“RULES , RULES, AND MORE RULES! All disclosed on check-in day. If we knew all the rules prior to booking, we would've found a different place. It's not listed on the listing. Example: You can't turn the AC down pass 74 degrees. This is Florida! On top of rules are the threats of penalty fees if you break them. We notified them that some things were broken and it wasn't us. A door was broken and wouldn't close, the fan didn't work, and the kitchen sink leaked like crazy. Two old British couple came. That is their "maintenance". Sweet couple, but nowhere near maintenance as the only fixed done was tightening the doorknob so it closed. Also, you get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom! All a first for me. The resort and area is nice though! Unless you can stomach all the restrictions and chores you need to do before check out, just book a hotel for your peace of mind. Unfortunately, this Airbnb is poorly put together to make a quick buck. No thought put in for the guest and experience.”

“Very clean, smooth check in, lots of kitchen accessories and small appliances, which were useful for a large group. Also had lots of beach towels which were handy. We had a group of 8 though and had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, and dish soap to get through the 6 day stay. Seems like an easy thing to provide for the $ but other than that it worked perfect for our large group.”
