“The home itself is beautiful and in a great location, which made our experience even more disappointing. I’ve stayed at other Airbnbs before and unfortunately have never experienced an issue like this. We encountered cockroaches starting on our very first night and later found them in the bathroom and bedroom area as well, which was extremely upsetting and felt genuinely unsanitary. The host was responsive and addressed the issues we brought to their attention, which we appreciated. However, nothing was offered for the inconvenience or the seriousness of dealing with a pest issue during our stay. Had we known, we honestly would have chosen a hotel instead. We also dealt with the outdoor spa draining, a missing TV remote for the first couple of days, and there was no welcome/care package or extra essentials provided, such as additional toilet paper and trash bags. “First of all the house was beautiful and spacious! Looked just like the photos. The community very nice and clean! Safe and quiet! Great location! I did run across a few problems unfortunately the home was ready until after 5 for cleaning which I didn’t mind, but my reservation wasn’t in the system so gate gave me problems every time we left. Then the WiFi didn’t work at all while we was there! That was my biggest problem especially while having kids. We couldn’t watch no tvs or anything. It was nothing they could do to help me. Other than that I would definitely stay again!!!”

“Let me start by saying that the home was beautiful. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for accommodating my family of 13. Although we enjoyed our stay overall, we did have several concerns. The house was not as clean as it should have been. The kitchen and bathrooms needed better cleaning, and one of the shower curtains had mold on it. We also found ants in the master bathroom sink that kept coming back after we got rid of them. The biggest issue was the pest problem. We saw several roaches throughout the house, from upstairs to downstairs, especially in the kitchen. Some were even crawling near our food, and we found dead roaches in the corner by the refrigerator that should have been cleaned up before our arrival. The jacuzzi also seemed to have too many chemicals, causing an excessive amount of bubbles. Despite these issues, my family still had a great time. The villa itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the resort ha”

“We had all the necessities like washer/dryer and full kitchen. The house was only stocked with very cheap utensils and cookware. EVERYTHING was dirty from dishes to walls to sheets. Blinds were broken, pool table stick was broken and scratched table, the swimming pool had a black slug in it that my children found and big clumps of someone’s wig. I have stayed at multiple rentals and this was the dirtiest and cheapest for the most money that I have ever paid. The sheets had stains like someone had already slept on them and towels with black stains. I would not return to this residence and I was very very disappointed with the price I got charged to stay at this property. My experience was not a pleasant one, I took my family to Disney and it took 30-40 mins to get to each park due to traffic which I could deal with but for what I paid and what type of property I got…I could’ve spent the same and stayed in a Disney Resort. I am disappointed and disgusted the most with how dirty it was!”
