“Excellent location and amenities. Having our own screened in pool and hot tub was very important to us as well as the number of king size beds. This house did not disappoint. The beds were soft and the hot tub was hot (pay the pool heating even in the summer if you want to help your aching muscles at the end of long park days). My only recommendations for the owner would be a larger tv in the master bed and a Keurig option (rather than 2 drip coffee makers). House had plenty of extra towels and pool toys. The house was amazingly soundproof with just 9 people that made it on our trip and every couple had their own private bathroom. If I had a larger group coming in the future I would rent again.”

“First thing first there was hair everywhere the floors were full of dust. the beds was remade with dirty linens cigarettes was behind the bed, the bathrooms had hair everywhere on towels, sinks , tubs , and toilets so the house was not cleaned at all huge disappointment. When I voiced my complaints he sent house keeping to clean the house which they did nothing just sprayed my cleaning supplies that I brought just to smelled like they cleaned, everything was still there. when we went to take a shower we noticed the shower curtain had mold on it when we went to clean the dishes we used. The garbage disposal and dishwasher had mold in it. When we went to wash our clothes it was mold in the washing machine. The dryer had so much lent in it I could made a pillow with it a complete fire hazard. I will never rent his house again, in fact this home do not need to be listed on AirBNB until he get that house together if I could give no star I would. He does give prompt responses thou that’s it”

“The home was lovely; it was perfectly decorated and very clean. Our family had a wonderful stay. David was very fast and responsive to any issues. We will definitely stay again.”

“We had a great stay at Davids house. He was very responsive and friendly. House was very beautiful with plenty room for our party of 11. The only negative thing I would have to say is the house needs a deep cleaning especially the carpets . Other than that we had an awesome stay there. We had an issue with the pool heat as well but I assume that would be looked after now. Thanks again!”

“The space was outstanding! It was more than enough room for my entire party. There is ample space to cook and the kitchen was able to service a large party. The host is super responsive and welcoming. It was even a second living room upstairs that you could sit in if you didn’t want to be with the whole group. My entire group loved the home. I will definitely be recommending.”
