“The house was spacious for a small 5 bedroom home. For someone in a wheelchair, it gives you access to the home. All Ramps need the rubber risers that bridge the rise in the ramps. Very hard on your wheelchair to go over the humps. The handicap accessible bedroom has a small bathroom entry and hard to get in and out unless you have a very small chair it’s very small to be listed as handicapped accessible. Yes, it has a roll in shower, but if you can’t get in, it doesn’t matter. 2 of the mattress need replaced! The blinds in the living room need to go they are torn up and definitely out dated. THE HOME HAS EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED TO COOK OR GRILL! BEAUTIFUL DECORATIONS, ALSO VERY CLEAN! WAS NICE TO HAVE BATHROOMS TO ALL THE BEDROOMS. POOL AREA WAS SMALL BUT HAD A NICE AREA FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY. FURNITURE WAS COMFORTABLE, JUST NEEDS TO HAVE MORE OF IT. IF THEY INSTALLED A WHEELCHAIR LIFT IN THE POOL I WOULD RENT AGAIN. IF YOU CAN WALK WITH ASSISTANCE, THEY DO HAVE HANDRAILS.”

“We booked this Airbnb mainly because of the private pool. We were celebrating our baby’s second birthday with family who traveled from Puerto Rico. We actually live only 35 minutes away and have plenty of space at home, so the only reason we rented this property was so our children could enjoy the pool and spend time outdoors instead of being on screens. When we arrived on Friday, the pool was in unacceptable condition. The water was green and dirty, with hair, plastic debris, wristbands, and other visible debris floating in it. I reported the issue immediately. On Saturday around 2:00 p.m., someone finally came to look at it, but only after I contacted Airbnb Support. We were told they would return within 1–2 hours because the filtration system was not working properly, but no one ever came back that day. Throughout the entire situation, the host continued insisting that the pool was safe and ready to swim in, even though it clearly was not. We were not able to use the pool until ar”

“Love the place nice and clean beds are very comfortable. Had everything we needed except for washcloths we had to go out and buy washcloths. They didn’t have any there last, but not least we had kids with us. It could’ve been more kid friendly, but it no game room so all the kids could do was play in the pool. It was nothing else in the house to entertain them. It seemed like it’s more suitable for an adult setting. Overall, it was a great place and I would stay there again.”
