“I’ve been traveling to Orlando for years, and this was my worst Airbnb experience. While the property looks luxurious, the stay did not match that standard. We arrived around 11 PM and our access code didn’t work, taking nearly an hour to resolve after a long day of travel. The refrigerator was broken for four days, with maintenance coming in and out, which was disruptive, especially with a toddler. We lost groceries due to this issue, and my message to Steven about it was ignored. A replacement fridge arrived without notice on day five. Cleanliness was also a concern, with animal hair, crumbs, and even expired food found throughout the home. Most disappointing was the lack of communication, as messages were read but not answered. This property has potential, but needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness. I did document all of these issues. I was also told that I would receive some sort of refund which I have not yet seen being reflected in my bill.”
