wifi went out 2 days before we left so couldn't use the streaming devices. That is my only complaint. House was perfect for our large family. Plenty of beds for everyone. I would rent it again.

Highly recommend this home! My family of four stayed here with two other families, totaling 12 of us. It was one of the only homes we've stayed in that everything was as-advertised, and everything worked all week. Pool heat and jacuzzi worked with zero issues and was even included in the listing at no additional cost. Game room and theater were a hit with the kids. More than enough space for everyone. I've been vacationing in the Davenport/Kissimmee area for 10+ years and can't think of a stay that went more smoothly than this.

Rentamos 14 dias la casa de Luis, llegamos y nos encontramos con un comedor con 4 sillas para un casa habilitada para 13 personas, la casa señala que incluia parrilla, pero no se podia utilizar no tenia gas, ahi debes sumar otro costo, la licuadora mala, algunos fusibles de luz sueltos y en algunas partes quedabas sin luz, debias ir a moverlos para solucionar esto, nunca en 14 dias obtuvimos internet no existia la internet indicada en bienvenida, Luis jamas intento resolver esto, todos los tv funcionan con roku asi que esta amenidad tampoco se podia usar ya que no habia internet, tuvimos que recurrir a contratar bolsas de internet lo que elevo nuestro costos. Anfitrion pesimo, en 14 dias solo soluciono la licuadora despues de 10 dias ofrecio retirarme y realizar devolucion de los 4 dias restantes, la verdad a esa altura mis costos ya se habian elevado ademas movilizar una familia de 9 con niños tampoco es facil, al final todo lo canalice con airbnb, ya que Luis responde cuando quiere

Book this house!! The pictures don’t lie and this house is very spacious. My family loved this home. The house was clean, the pool was clean, the kitchen was clean and the amenities were great! The game room was spacious and modern. The owner responds to questions you may have in decent timing. I enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect. Thank you Luis you Rock!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The property was dirty upon arrival, with visible food on counters, floor and dust that clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. To make matters worse, the home does not match the listing photos; the furniture is damaged and missing items in the gameroom. When I reached out to the host to address these issues, their communication was dismissive and lacked any basic understanding of the situation. Maintenance was called just a few minutes into our check in. Stayed up til midnight cleaning bathrooms and trying to wash sheets that were dirty until washer stopped working due to breaker going off . Breaker would go off every time game room was used . Paid for pool heating that was never turned on. We had no access to breaker box until following day due to wifi going off as well. Mattress was filthy. Host takes hours to communicate. Provided date and time stamped images. Horrible experience with a host on Airbnb after years. Reported a claim.
