“Great place. Needs some upkeep but for the size understandable some appliances aren’t used often (such as second dishwasher, one fridge ice maker, one of the two sets of washer/driers), but overall for the way the home is, it is great.”

“We booked this house for a large group and while the home itself was nice, spacious, and matched the photos, the overall experience was frustrating at times. The biggest issue was parking. The listing stated additional cars could park at the clubhouse, but after arriving we were told Airbnb guests were not allowed to park there. Since overnight street parking is prohibited due to HOA rules, we were left to figure it out ourselves. We also had constant issues with security access because we were never informed that every guest needed to be registered and approved ahead of time. For the first few days, getting in and out of the neighborhood was a hassle, and security stopped us almost every time. Delivery drivers were also denied entry unless specifically added by the host. Once everyone was finally added to the list, things improved. Overall, we still enjoyed the house and amenities, but communication and organization could definitely be better.”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. There was dirt and dust everywhere, the crockery was all dirty and the coffee pot was full of mould. We had to purchase our own coffee pot. The pool area is outdated and the furniture rusty. The patio area appeared to not have been cleaned for some time either meaning dirt was constantly being dragged into the pool or into the house. The house itself had plenty of space, the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were some good amenities for our baby and children as well. We paid additional money for the pool heating which worked effectively but was set too high to begin with, we couldn't swim in it during the day. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms, only lamps which were fairly dark The location was ok. The estate was lovely but if you're using it for trips to the theme parks it definitely takes longer than google maps suggest”
