“The place was huge and looking from the outside i was surprised. It was clean and comfortable. I had a few issues with the dryer that was much needed because my kids were in and out of the pool. The second issue was that the pool was not working and we lost 4 days of it. I do understand things can happen as I’m a house owner myself but I kept reaching out about the dryer and someone did come but did not fix it or understood what I was saying. The dryer was getting fix upon departure , so the entire week I was hanging out clothes. I’m am still waiting to see if they will reimburse me in any way but as for now I haven’t heard from them.”

“What a wonderful stay! The house was great and as expected. We had a couple issues that were outside the control of the owners however they responded within ten minutes each time and the issues were resolved within a day. Noticed a few things that were broken like a drawer in the fridge and a can opener with no handle on it.. Those were easy fixes and our way of giving back along with a spice rack for the kitchen. Pool and spa are heated with gas and heat right up from cold within 30min. Definitely a must during the winter. Internet had an issue however they got Spectrum out next day, they replaced the router and we had smoking fast internet with no issues after the fix. Everything in the house worked except the projector however that wasn't an issue for us as we brought our own. Definitely recommend the place to stay, host was super nice and responsive!”

“The home is large and overall spacious. The home needs some more comfortable setting in both living room areas. The couches were small for such a large place, the couch and chair are peeling very bad. Upon arrival we were meet with the trash overflowing at the front door. Inside there were only 2 sets of towels per bedroom, so if you showered of the morning and evening you did not have any extra towels or wash clothes. There were no bathroom rugs to step out onto in the bathrooms and no extra towels to use. The kitchen is very limited on cookware, 1 mixing bowl and no serving bowls. Would expect more for a 6 bedroom home for a large family. The home is great if you do not want to cook or need more than 2 sets of towels. No extra blankets or linens to put on the extra pillows. The washer and dryer are broken. The dryer does not dry at all and was reported on day 3 and never repaired or checked the remainder of our stay so no way to do laundry. I would not stay here again!”
