“So, here’s an honest review …. Great location and good space, but quite tatty and worn out (sofa and carpets need replacing) and in need of redecoration. We had a few issues that were dealt with by Avant very quickly, so great service and communication from them, but unfortunately there were a few issues with the property that we felt needed attention to make this place great again. Would definitely be a squeeze for a large group due to lack of seating and cutlery/drinking glasses.”
