CoolVacay's guest rating in Florida of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “The resort was friendly peaceful and very accommodating. All information for check in and check out were very clear. The satff were very helpful and completely transparent bout what is expected of you as a guest and extremely flexible to accommodate the needs of the guest. I would recommend this place to anyone looking and will gladly return in the future.”
