“Perfect location with an amazing canal view. Sunset was something else. This property is within mile of our favorite local resteraunts, Publix, and beach access is just across the street. Super clean house and full of ammenities. Highly recommend!”

“Great place to stay! The house was nice, the location was excellent, and there was plenty to do nearby. The beautiful beach and free parking were definite highlights. The only issue was the front door lock battery died, which was frustrating. It also took a while to get help because the communication felt like talking to an AI chatbot. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the back patio and watching manatees and seabirds in the canal — such a peaceful and uniquely Florida experience. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to truly unwind. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable, and the location was perfect — an easy walk to both the beach and several great restaurants. Overall, this was exactly the kind of relaxing Cocoa Beach getaway we were hoping for. Highly recommend!”

“My family and I spent a week here and loved it! The location is excellent, making beach access so easy. Spending the mornings on the back patio was pleasant, although the sun shade and chairs shown on the dock in the pictures weren't there. I would definitely stay here again!”
