the perfect place for a low key family get away. The beach was a fun outing and only minutes away but late night swims were the biggest hit with the kids. The kitchen has all basic items for prepping family meals. The house was simple and clean. The pool was clean. Having an extra fridge and ice chest available to us was nice. All in all this space was the perfect landing pad in Cocoa Beach for family fun in the pool, relaxing beach days or exploring the surrounding areas.

My family and I just came back from a wonderful stay at this lovely property. This is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms, which worked out perfectly for the 7 of us. My kids especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and putting green, and my husband and I were able to take one of the canoes out for some fishing. We even got to see the Artemis II launch from the beach that is just a quick walk away. Hosts are communicative and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Everything about this place was perfect. Loved the huge heated pool, the location, the thoughtful amenities. Would 100% book again for our next vacation.

The house was very cute and in a nice, quiet neighborhood with close access to local restaurants and beaches. Unfortunately for us, all of the local docks for the river were closed and under construction, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the kayak to fish like we had hoped. Our only issue during our stay was the lack of extra basic necessities. For the price of the house for 8 nights, we were expecting more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper and 2 extra garbage bags for the entire house. When the listing states that starter items are available, it means the very bare bones starters.
