“All almost perfect but be aware of $60 waiver or $600 deposit which is steep. Location, cleanliness and facilities were all great but this Airbnb comes with a lot of rules.”

“This is a budget rental and it generally delivered. The big hiccup occurred when the management company tried to get a deposit outside of the AirBnB platform. I let them know that this was totally unacceptable. They waived the deposit. No one needs this kinds of hassle and uncertainty when making vacation plans. I will not use this company again.”

“The place was decent for what we needed. We just were staying there for the weekend after our cruise and wanted a nice little spot with beach access and pool. The pool was extremely clean, and the beach was steps away! Overall the condo was fine, there was a little bit of a musty smell whenever we arrived, which could be due to the high humidity. There was noticeable dust in and on the ceiling fan in the kitchen (that was extremely dusty). Overall, it seemed decently clean, but could have been cleaned a little better I feel. We had a good stay. The host is very responsive and check-in was super easy. You are very close to the pier and shops and restaurants!”

“The location is great! The biggest thing for us was that we found a 6cm lizard in the house. It was impossible to track and capture it so we just had to deal with it. Glad the $100 cleaning fee they added covers pests/bufgs I guess? Messaging the agency didn’t really offer any help. I understand that it’s FL and pests are quite common but the lack of a solution was unacceptable. Additionally one of the amenities is an EV charger but they did not specify the cost so I will lay it out for folks here. It was .39 per kWh PLUS $2/hour parking fee which is quite ridiculous. Lastly they kept sending me messages if I wanted to pay for early extra or late check out. Cool offering but the constant attempt to upsell was just annoying.”

“Had the location booked for several months. Upon arrival, discovered the home was under renovation. Never got a notification of any sort. Spent two hours with managers of property, but they were unwilling to find suitable accommodations. 7 hour drive + 2 hours with property managers + another hour with Airbnb. Thankfully Airbnb support when over and beyond to resolve, but entire day of vacation wasted.”
