Beachside Vacation Rentals in Cocoa Beach, Florida

“This is a perfect little condo situated on the beach, it has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. It is very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only minor issue is they don’t provide any laundry detergent - not even for 1-2 loads- which would have been a nice touch, considering they provide shampoo and body wash, dishwasher detergent and dish soap. But other than that it’s perfectly located and it’s our second time returning to spend a few days with family!”

“the bathroom and room were slightly dirty including hair in the bathtub and sand. We were not told there would only be one parking spot available, when we came with two vehicles we were told it needed to be moved for the remainder of the trip being 4 more days. There was very very minimal overnight parking anywhere near us that didn't cost over $100. The host told us too bad and said it needed to be moved after not communicating there was only one spot. The area is incredible and very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was frustrating having to deal with the parking situation with no sympathy. Other than these issues, I would definitely say we had an amazing time, but deserved a bit better communication and cleanliness.”

“It was a 5 min walk to the beautiful cocoa beach. Place was pretty clean, had a nice backyard, & was a cozy vibe. The shower space was very small. Had alot of beach supplies which was a big plus. I’d recommend for a couple to stay!”

“Overall, we had a good stay. We were a group of 18 year old girls and felt very safe in the unit and the area the entire time. The unit was exactly as pictured. We especially like the abundance of utensils, soap, towels, etc. The furniture was very wobbly, but still held up. The trash drawer was stuck and hard to pull out completely. We found a vape under the coffee table, which was slightly alarming (added on to the fact we were all under legal tobacco use age anyways). We had a power outage during our stay, but that was NOT a fault of our host and they were very responsive to it! Also, the host communicated in almost complete (presumed) AI/automated responses. This wasn’t a huge issue for us, but slightly frustrating when we had issues and had to wait through an AI to get a real response. Just something to keep in mind. For the price, this AirBnB was good and I think we would stay here again.”

“The best thing about this place is the location. EASIEST walk to the beach ever! The host responded quickly when we had a problem and gave great local recommendations. The negatives were that you can hear EVERYTHING if you're downstairs. There was a night or two that we had trouble getting to sleep because it was so loud. We also originally had no Keurig but once I messaged the host, they had one delivered the same day! The drains in the shower and bathroom sink drained horribly and we had to take extremely quick showers to avoid having a bath along with our shower. I messaged the host and they did offer to have someone come and fix it before or after we checked out. The place stayed nice and cool inside and there was lots of free beach gear that they provided for us! Overall, the location and cheap price made it worth it, but the plumbing issue should definitely be adressed”
