“This was a great place to stay! It was very aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was that we had to pay an additional fee to use the grill. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was cold, and the owners would only heat it if we paid an extra charge. It would have been nice if those amenities were included in the stay or if the additional costs had been made clearer upfront. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a wonderful experience.”

“The house itself is beautiful and in a great location. The kids absolutely loved the themed bedrooms, and the overall layout worked well for our family. That said, this was our fourth vacation home in the Orlando area, and it was also the most expensive. Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing overall. The extra fees felt excessive. They charge about $110 to rent a grill for the week, and the hot tub won't heat unless you pay an additional heating fee. At this price point, I expected those amenities to be included. The kitchen was also very poorly stocked. There were very few pots, pans, and basic cooking utensils, making it difficult to prepare meals. The biggest issue, however, was the upstairs air conditioning. This wasn't simply because of the Florida heat—we had several overcast days with temperatures only in the low 90s, and the upstairs still stayed around 76°F. Several bedrooms have almost no airflow from the vents, and the owners have placed portable fans in the rooms”

“We overall had a great time in the home. The home was very beautiful and had lots to do within the neighborhood. The only concern we had was the upstairs AC not working properly and which never fully got resolved. And the lack of cooking pans. We are family that cooks every meal typically so it was frustrating to have barely any cooking pans to work with.. overall the house is very beautiful cleaned looked just like the photos and we enjoyed the amenities within the neighborhood.”
