“Beyond disappointed! Do not rent this house. Not only was it dirty dusty & grimy there was mold and broken curtains. Hair & bugs in room & kitchen. NOTHING in the Game room worked for our children to use. Pooltable sticks were unusable & it was so hot upon entering the home. Luckily they had plug in fans to use however NOT a “elegant luxury look” as they describe. The saddest part is I contacted the host prior to checkin about all this stuff & they ensured me everything was fixed & working. Stove & dishwasher were dirty, all the dishes they supplied were dirty, had to wash before use. We paid extra for the grill which was dirty & didn’t receive the code to use the grill til hours after checkin which also I asked for the day before checkin. Lastly, there is a picture of a basketball court as part of the “resort amenities” & there is NO basketball court in the neighborhood. The kids traveling with me were beyond disappointed as the adults were disgusted with the dirtiness of the home!!”

“This was a great place to stay! It was very aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was that we had to pay an additional fee to use the grill. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was cold, and the owners would only heat it if we paid an extra charge. It would have been nice if those amenities were included in the stay or if the additional costs had been made clearer upfront. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a wonderful experience.”

“The house itself is beautiful and in a great location. The kids absolutely loved the themed bedrooms, and the overall layout worked well for our family. That said, this was our fourth vacation home in the Orlando area, and it was also the most expensive. Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing overall. The extra fees felt excessive. They charge about $110 to rent a grill for the week, and the hot tub won't heat unless you pay an additional heating fee. At this price point, I expected those amenities to be included. The kitchen was also very poorly stocked. There were very few pots, pans, and basic cooking utensils, making it difficult to prepare meals. The biggest issue, however, was the upstairs air conditioning. This wasn't simply because of the Florida heat—we had several overcast days with temperatures only in the low 90s, and the upstairs still stayed around 76°F. Several bedrooms have almost no airflow from the vents, and the owners have placed portable fans in the rooms”
