“This was our second extended stay this winter. As in my other review the location was great with parks right behind the unit. Many stores nearby. Some within walking distance. The only negative I can think of is the stairs. They are pretty steep and narrow so just be careful going up and down. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“The location was one of the best attributes of the Townhome. The complex is right next to a large park system. If you like to walk you won't be disappointed. The availability of shopping is also a plus. Costco and Publix are within walking distance. Aldi is a short drive away. Clearwater beaches and Safety Harbor are a short drive away. If you like to bike the Ream Wilson bike trail is in the park system behind the complex. Saint Petersburg and Tampa are a 20 to 30 minute drive depending on traffic. The only caution I would give folks is if you are not good on stairs this is a townhome with the bedrooms on the second level. Overall a great stay.”
