“We had a fantastic stay in St. Pete! The location was perfect—we never drove more than 10–15 minutes to anything we wanted to do, including a canoe trip, baseball game, and Topgolf. The place was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved having a private garage with a washer and dryer, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and a great open kitchen/living area. We cooked breakfast every morning and even enjoyed a relaxing night in watching college football. Troy’s communication was excellent. He checked in several times to make sure everything was going well and that we had what we needed. Highly recommend this place. Great location, great accommodations, and a true 5-star experience!”

“Troy was very responsive whenever I contacted him. The place is very nice inside and is stocked with everything you need. There is one bedroom on the first floor, one on the second floor and two on the third. The building is a bit hard to find because it's located on a back alley.”

“We really enjoyed our stay for a girls’ weekend! The house was spacious, comfortable, and a great place to hang out, and the location was convenient—just a few blocks from Central Street. A few things to note: the immediate area has some warehouses and didn’t feel quite as comfortable for our group of girls coming and going at night. Since we didn’t have code access to open the garage from outside, we had to use the entrance through the side yard when coming and going, which was very dark and overgrown and made us a little uncomfortable after dark. The garage could be opened from inside the house, but this wasn’t an option when returning after being out. There are also quite a few stairs: one bedroom/bathroom is on the entry level, the main living area and another bedroom/half bath are on the second level, and two bedrooms plus a full bathroom are on the third level. Guests with mobility limitations should keep this in mind. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the space!”

“We stayed here for a quick stop while traveling on tour, and it was the perfect place to recharge. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was simple, communication with the host was easy, and everything was ready when we arrived. After long days on the road, it was great to come back to a quiet, relaxing space. While we didn't have much time to explore the area, the home provided everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. We'd gladly stay here again the next time we're passing through St. Petersburg.”
