“I had a really great stay and everything was as described. Location was great and easy to get to beach and restaurants. The only reasons I gave 3 stars instead of 5 was because one they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for two bathrooms. So only one each and then we had to buy it. The second reason is because in the two front bedrooms they had shades you could see right through. Day or night, lights or no lights on you could see in to both rooms. As 3 females staying in this location it felt very unsafe. I stay on Clearwater beach 2-3 times a year and I won’t rebook this condo for that specific reason. Safety is very important and this is not to be taken lightly. Please fix the shade issue.”

“to start it was a run down trashy hotel that this "studio condo" is located in. it says a kitchenette is in the unit. not at all. you got a barsink, a waffle maker and a crock pot. the company was responsive when i had issues with the wifi and tv over the weekend so that was nice. bit its to expensive for what they charge vs the hotel it is located in. the hotel is half the price and if i would have known that i would have just booked through the hotel instead. it worked for what we needed since we were only there to sleep. but its loud and not the greatest of clientele. smoking weed in the pool area, parking lots, and ping pong areas. it is what it is but I wouldnt recommend this unless you are with no kids and dont care about loud noise and weed smoke all over.”

“Very disappointing stay. We encountered a cleanliness issue involving bugs in the bed, which raised immediate health concerns and ultimately led us to cut our stay short. The situation was made worse by an incident at the pool on Sunday around 4:30 PM, where a security guard approached our family in a confrontational and unprofessional manner over a very minor issue involving our young child. He criticized our parenting and spoke to us disrespectfully in front of others because our young child did not use the stairs to the pool and jumped in from the side. In addition, I was very uncomfortable to learn that they have security guards who actively listen to your conversations while in the pool and hot tub. This was a complete invasion of privacy. Overall, after spending a significant amount of money, this was not the safe or respectful experience we expected. Management should seriously review both cleanliness standards and how guests are treated.”

“We had an issue on the 1st night with a huge bug in a bedroom. Also noticed that the pool was filthy, & filter was not working. Immediately reached out, provided pictures, etc. No one came to look at the pool and they never reached out unless I msg’d them. The entire weekend was excuse after excuse regarding the issues. No one ever called. When I called, I couldn’t speak with anyone who could actually assist. Just someone who took a message and “escalated”. The escalations went nowhere. I’m still waiting a week later for someone to get in touch with me. There were bugs, ants, dirty kitchen, dirty bathroom. The wallpaper was literally falling off the walls. We were very understanding and the main thing we wanted was to have someone come out and make sure that the pool was working properly. We cleaned the bathroom, the kitchen and the pool area ourselves so that it would be livable for the weekend. Highly disappointed.”
