“My family and I booked a 3 night trip for Memorial Day weekend. Upon arrival the check in process was very easy and convenient. While looking around we noticed the pool was quite dirty. There were also toys and other pool items left in the pool and all around the decking. Later on during our first night when we started to eat dinner we noticed most of the cups and other kitchenware were very dirty. There were left over food particles and other debris on most of the kitchenware. At bedtime my wife noticed a smell when pulling back the covers in one of the bedrooms. We decided to switch rooms and the other bed was okay. We also noticed the air conditioning wasn’t dropping temp properly during the night and all the AC filters were clogged. Pool maintenance showed up unexpectedly our second day while swimming. We were forced out of the pool for an hour while they cleaned it. Only one of the arcade games worked. The outdoor bowling had weeds growing through it. Not what we were expecting.”

“Do not book from this person my family and I planned a trip for over a month on this Airbnb site and book through Julie. Upon arrival we asked for an early check-in only for Julie to call and say that we were not able to check in at all due to someone still in the property that was refusing to check out which come to find out that was a total lie. We actually drove to the property, the property was very unkepted outside with an old minivan in the yard covered with leaves. The yard was unkepted and the door was open with rotten food in it, dirty clothes all over the floor. It appeared to have squatters living in it. I then called her and let her know that there’s no way we will be able to check in there and that I knew she was lying. She then told me she had another location for us after 5 hours of awaiting we drove by the address because we was tired of waiting and there was a note on the door from code enforcement. That property was in worse shape than the first one.”

“Our stay was ok. Pros: Room to spread out. New appliances in kitchen & overall clean. The pool was great- clean, big & had a deep end. The game room was ok, it was very hot in there though. A lot of nature in the area, quiet road & sub. 3 bedrooms have a door out to the pool. Huge washer & dryer (had to buy a laundry basket & left it since we couldn’t take it home). Cons: NO king bed, mini fridge or putting green as stated online. Several beds are quite low to the ground- may be hard for older people. Showers need a shelf- items should NOT have to go on the floor. Bedrooms need dressers, shelves or luggage racks- no place to put clothes. Fireplace room vent didn't open- made it too warm. Yard needs work, not as photos show. There was overgrown weeds, branches down, a loose drain banging against the house and hanging electrical wires. There was some trash in the yard & misc items around (it looked as if there were projects started but not finished). Blinds in one room wouldn't open.”
