“Nice place!!”

“I booked this home because of the pool and the water outback. The pool was the perfect location from the covered patio so I could sit in comfort while the kids swam all day. The pool was clean and well cared for with a weekly cleaning and chemical check. My family also enjoyed fishing right off the dock. We also saw other little wild life near the water. Bedding was very clean. There was also enough dishes and cooking pans to make meals daily. There were clear details of where to put used towels at the end of our stay but not what to do with the bedding, so I just left the beds unmade of where we slept so the host would know which sheets needed cleaning before the next guests came. We had a couple problems come up and I believe I messaged the host?.. Just to let them know. They were things we took care of on our own but just wanted to connect. But now I don't know if I messaged them or someone else. I'm also knew to Airbnb so didn't really know how this all works.”

“Blake was very responsive to our questions and helpful when an issue with the grill access arose. The house has plenty of space for a large party (we only had 4 people). The dock was convenient for fishing and boat access (if you have a boat). It is a bit of a drive to the local beaches 20-35 minutes depending on where you are headed. The Englewood rec complex has lots of pickleball courts if that’s your jam!”

“This is a nice home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to a nearby river and a good pool. Easily and comfortably held my group of 9. A lot to do around in the neighboring towns. If you’re into baseball a lot of minor league and spring training facilities are nearby. Can’t emphasize the hosts responsiveness enough. He was very responsive and helpful!”
