One Vacation Home in Champions Gt, Florida

“Edy himself was a great host. The home was decent but could’ve been cleaner. Knives in the kitchen had rust spots, washer machine needs a good cleaning, dryer is going to go out any moment. The master bathroom shower had globs of hair on the shower wall upon arrival. There was also black gunk/ mold build up around shower door handle and flooring/bottom wall from lack of cleaning. I brought our own towels and washcloths from home and ended up throwing them all away when we left because we felt as if the atmosphere was simply unclean. The shower water also smelled like sewer water. The clubhouse with the pool doesn’t allow any outside food or drink. 1 drink is $5. Also they will make you feel like you’re unwelcome upon entering because they immediately think you’re trying to get in their pool without proper identification. One lady literally scrolled through my air bnb messages to find proof that I was truly renting from someone there.”

“Stay was ok, batteries were missing on tv controllers, stove knob missing, pop-shot balls were deflated, air hockey table equipment was in bad shape and so was the foosball table (loose legs) wifi incorrect on first day, had to wait for host to reply a few days after check-in The 3rd party communication was horrible, and Edy would take a while to reply; would have preferred direct communication with Edy. Amenities at the resort were great though. Clean place when we arrived. Close to one of the pools which was great. (3 minute walk)”

“The area and the rental was nice and clean as well as the pool. My issue was that I was not able to get absolutely NO cell phone service in the rental. NO wifi to connect to at all the whole time I was there as described on the site. I had work meetings I was not able to attend due to the wifi issue.”
