“Hi i rented this house and the host took very long to answer and once i was there stopped answering completly this house came with many issues that i had conseques to deal with it was not fair i had the ceiling leaking on first floor leeking by washing machine upstairs my oven was broken and would literally lock everytime it heats up the fridge was no good had to wait few days to replace the sink was not working properly i came with my family i just wanted to enjoy my time and i couldnt the host did not answer to any of my emails and i had to call the main number and be on hold for very long time... very disapointed”

“1. Roach infestation (a person was sent who did a partial spray downstairs and said he would send someone the next day; but, the next person never came and the issue was not resolved). 2. Towels were hung up hotel style that were very obviously dirty. 3. The fridge/freezer did not work which was a disaster due to a large family gathering that could not keep food at a healthy and appropriate temperature posing risks to my family. A person was sent who said it would start cooling in a couple hours. It is now the next day and it is still warm on the fridge side and barely colder than room temperature on the freezer side. This resulted in great food loss. 4. A toilet upstairs kept backing up and one downstairs kept running. 5. The sink is leaking.”

“Terrible communication, check in was at 4 but house wasn’t ready until 430, bring your own napkins, towel paper and specially toilet paper since is barely provided.”
