“A few minor issues arose during our stay, but hosts were very accommodating and responsive, and Jay, the repair gentleman was top notch and above and beyond your average.”

“House is A+. Location is A+. Game Room is A+, I mean wow what a cool space for kids! Supplies provided is C (minimal dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc….you’ll have to bring everything pretty much). However, there is a nice Publix less than 10 minutes away. Host (which is actually a company) communication and follow-up is D. We had an issue with the pool breaking and literally draining the second day, which of course, things happen and I don’t fault anyone for that as everything in the home appeared well maintained overall. Had to call and message the managing company way too many times for status updates. Eventually, after repeated attempts, dated pictures, etc over several days, finally got minimal reimbursement for the inconvenience of 3.5 documented days without the amenity. Noted is they claimed the pool was down for a single day initially, then acknowledged their error but offered no refund adjustment. AirBnB “Air Cover” made the rest right on my end, thankfully.”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! I was especially grateful that the host was able to accommodate me on such short notice after a last-minute cancellation at a different Airbnb. The home looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. When I ran into a small issue during my stay, the host responded quickly and did their best to resolve it, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in town!”
