“There is a lot of construction happening in the condo units. There are many work trucks and workers in multiple units around the complex. I was worried when we pulled up and saw the portal potties in the parking lot. The first couple of days were not too bad but our last full day was horrible. The unit with attached wall drilled in the unit and wall all day and literally I could feel the wall vibrating. We had brought our pup and she was stressed and shaking from the loud noise. This was the only day too that it rained all day so we couldn't go to the beach to get away from the construction. I did reach out to management but they said they had no control of other units working in their condos. I do understand that, but I did ask for the one day refund since it was very loud and stressful but they thought it was only worth a $75 refund. I was very disappointed that they thought so little of the inconvenience. Believe all the reviews that mention construction that these are older condos.”

“My unit was immaculately clean. Location was superb as I don’t drive and there were several great little cafes and restaurants close by. A 3-shelf bookcase full of toys, which was wonderful as I several great grandchildren visiting. It was a large and expensive unit for 1 person at $5200 for 3 weeks. But I had fallen recently and needed a bedroom on the ground floor. There were 2 bedrooms upstairs which I only used once for a sleepover with 2 greatgrands. Beautiful large backyard with a gas grill. Freshly painted and new kitchen appliances.”

“Its a great place, very peaceful and close to good areas. It was also very clean and orderly, a lot of towels and extra blankets, which is always a plus. The parking space is very big, which could easily fit two cars. Overall, I would definitely rent out this place again, as its a good getaway from the traffic and chaos”
