“The location is amazing! We were within walking distance of several great restaurants, and the beach was literally footsteps from the pool. Having both the pool and beach available was perfect for our girls’ weekend! However, there are a couple of things future guests should know. Although the balcony is advertised as “private,” a spiral staircase runs from the third floor to the ground floor, allowing guests staying above to walk right past the balcony on their way to the pool or beach. Due to the staircase's layout, the balcony doesn't feel private when people are walking by and looking in. Additionally, you can hear guests walking around on the third floor, which could be disruptive during the early morning hours as we experienced. Overall, we loved the location and easy beach access, but the lack of balcony privacy and potential noise are worth considering when booking.”

“Great location. A little tight getting in the driveway. The outside is a little less desirable, with the stairways being a bit sketchy… but the view and the beach make up for it. Had an issue with the AC unit, it froze up. They had a repairman there in a few hours. He had to let it thaw out, so we had a couple nights with no AC. We went on a excursion and it was fixed when we got back…had a very good time, had very good weather, would do it again…”

“The property was beautiful , well maintained and clean. The water smelled like bleach, the bedroom needed room darkening shades. It was very bright because there is a lit up parking lot next to it. The beach access is nice, great places to eat. We were given the wrong unit number and they were quick to respond. Please be very aware of their cancellation policy. We had an issue with it that went unresolved.”

“This is definitely and older condo. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. It’s just not updated and as most listings, a little smaller than it appeared in the photos (especially the shower) but it was very comfortable and a great location! And I had no issues with check in or communication from the renter. I wouldn’t really call them complaints but my only things to point out was there was a slightly musty smell due to being an older building and the shower control was hard to operate. Overall, it was worth the price for the location and comfort.”

“If you are booking purely for the location and the scenery, this house is hard to beat. The property sits in a superb spot and offers an absolutely amazing view of the Belleair bridge. Getting to house was easy and checkin was smooth too. House itself needs a ton of attention and shows a significant lack of maintenance. Echoing the warnings of previous guests, we could not get the hot tub to work at all as it kept shutting down. Worse, the AC turned off every single night, making the house unbearably hot. We had to continuously chase the host to figure out the AC issue, and the co-host took so long to respond that their eventual suggestions were no longer helpful by the time we received them. Ultimately, this is a beautiful location, but you should be prepared for broken amenities and frustrating communication if you choose to book.”
