“Roaches in the kitchen guess renovations were rushed idk maybe didn’t check to see if things were ready to have people stay, anyway I’ve stayed at other spots they own and it’s was clean, fun exactly what I thought I’d get, nonetheless everything else was fine, they offered to move me to another spot or refund a night if I left early. They have other units I’d recommend not this one at least for another week get the creepy crawlers out.”

“My family has stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, always in the North Tower, and unfortunately our first experience in the South Tower was a mess. We arrived to dirty floors and blonde hair all over the sheets, to the point that we went to Walmart and bought our own bedding. The dryer didn’t work, which we weren’t told beforehand, and the shower pressure felt like sprinkles with barely warm water. There were also dirty pans when we went cook breakfast. We went out and purchased our own dishes. There was also a walk pug detached from wall, which is a safety risk since we had a 2 year old. The unit is also very outdated compared to the photos, which definitely need to be updated to accurately reflect what guests are actually getting. After years of great stays here, this was extremely disappointing and definitely not the experience we expected. Pictures were taken of all of these things.”

“Place needed to be cleaned a little better. There was sand and random items under the bed and couch that didn’t belong to us when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was in a good location.”

“We had a nice time. The Airbnb isnt not really whats described. It is not updated. Maybe the kitchen. Theres so many doors it's like a maze. This what looks like 2 hotels combined into 1. It worked and had a great view like we wanted. But for the price the condo was too outdated in my opinion. While there the service desk was rude not helpful. Really had very little info. Anytime it would rain they would shut down the pools and even if its not raining it will be hours before they would reopen the pools. Overall we enjoyed our vacation but for the price I feel like it could have been cheaper.”

“Beautiful view of the ocean. Unfortunately the place was very dirty. Moldy bathroom curtains. Couches and chairs look like they have never been cleaned. And the kitchen appliances were moldy and smelled of rotten food.”
