“HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unit was FILTHY! They failed to communicate if it was being or had been cleaned and ready stranding me and leaving me to find other accommodations late at night! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“We loved the location. Easy to walk to beach and the views are gorgeous. Bed was really comfortable. Couple of things that we thought could use improvement. Check in was all over the place we had incomplete instructions and took us a minute to get the home manual. I would also say that the apartment needs upgrades. The rug was pretty gross and even for my fiance to say something told me it needs some more love! For the price if they upgrade the space it would have been much more pleasant but you can’t argue the views or the beautiful neighborhood!”

“We had a wonderful time at this place. Very accessible and pretty nice stores around . Salty coffee and wine was our favorite. The place was nice and quiet we totally recommend.”

“Although it was a tad cooler and rainy, it was the most peaceful and relaxing place overlooking Lake Carillon. The covered hot tubs were close by and our go to spot. While the beach is a bit of a walk, it may be worth renting a golf cart next time but we didn’t mind. Loved all of it and so did our dog Penny! Smiles the entire time from us all! ❤️🐶 p.s. - By far the best air conditioning anywhere ever. That’s such a huge plus.”

“Really enjoyed the Carillon neighborhood. Took advantage one of the pools and loved the private beach. It was very very quiet ! Also loved having a coffee shop nearby and Publix ! Close enough to 30A and all the towns we wanted to visit. Would definitely come back!”
