“The unit was okay and as pictured. Linens were clean and overall things were high-level clean and maintained. Deep cleaning, however, doesn’t seem to be a priority (corners, baseboards, air returns), and we found many personal items of the prior guests suggesting there was no thorough turnover of the unit between guests.”

“The location was perfect. Everything that we needed was inside. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything needed to cook, as well as entertainment for the kids. The resort was wonderful beautiful beach days, as well as a convenient pool located that you can see from the balcony couldn’t have asked for a better place.”

“We had a great stay at 1411. Location was peaceful, snugged right in the South Seas resort. We heeded their recommendations and brought extra essentials which we ended up needing. Definitely recommend you bring TP, paper towels, and trash bags. Would have loved to have beach equipment for all of us. A 4 person house with only two chairs was disappointing but we made it work. Also, the internet is absolutely horrible, so don’t plan for that unless you bring your own hotspot. Overall, a nice stay!”
