“We had a wonderful stay at this condo in South Seas on Captiva Island. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked! The property grounds were beautiful, with tropical landscaping, new pavers, and updated railings that made everything feel fresh and inviting. The beach was incredible — full of shells, beautiful birds, and dolphins! The condo also had the perfect view of the ocean and sunsets, which made our stay even more special. We had no problems at all with the property, and the rental company was excellent with communication and instructions throughout the entire process! We would happily return to this property!”

“we appreciated the beach chairs and shelling scoops along with the wagon for transporting all the beach toys! a cooler would be a nice addition and a pitcher in the kitchen. beach towels were appreciated too. very clean and modern. we had to drive to the public beach and pay to park or drive a ways to the sister resort. no bikes available on property. overall we had a lovely time and the unit was exceptional. location is central as long as you dont mind driving to your stores and restaurants.”

“The listing is accurate with what we received. The rental company is not available on weekends so our questions upon check-in on a Sunday had to wait- our AC didn't work. They sent someone to fix it but still no luck. They compensated us with just $150 which we felt could've been more considering how hot it was. Overall, it was a nice location, with easy access to the beach. It is inside a private community- you will have to leave the compound for any restaurants.”

“We had a great stay in Captiva! The place was very clean and exactly as described, which made everything easy from the start. We opted to pay extra for the golf cart, and it was absolutely worth it—it made getting around so convenient and fun. The amenities were a huge plus, especially the access to beach chairs, which made beach days effortless. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like starter dishwasher and laundry tabs, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We also loved having access to Tween Waters—it was such a fun spot to hang out. We found the most amazing shells on the beach right near the place, and even saw manatees at a nearby marina, which was such a highlight. It was also super convenient to have a quick nearby pickup for a guided fishing trip. Overall, a wonderful, easy stay and we would definitely come back!”
