“The unit was okay and as pictured. Linens were clean and overall things were high-level clean and maintained. Deep cleaning, however, doesn’t seem to be a priority (corners, baseboards, air returns), and we found many personal items of the prior guests suggesting there was no thorough turnover of the unit between guests.”

“We had a great stay at 1411. Location was peaceful, snugged right in the South Seas resort. We heeded their recommendations and brought extra essentials which we ended up needing. Definitely recommend you bring TP, paper towels, and trash bags. Would have loved to have beach equipment for all of us. A 4 person house with only two chairs was disappointing but we made it work. Also, the internet is absolutely horrible, so don’t plan for that unless you bring your own hotspot. Overall, a nice stay!”

“we appreciated the beach chairs and shelling scoops along with the wagon for transporting all the beach toys! a cooler would be a nice addition and a pitcher in the kitchen. beach towels were appreciated too. very clean and modern. we had to drive to the public beach and pay to park or drive a ways to the sister resort. no bikes available on property. overall we had a lovely time and the unit was exceptional. location is central as long as you dont mind driving to your stores and restaurants.”

“Beautiful area. Beach was the only thing in walking distance. If you need coffee either bring your own pot or drive out to get it every morning!”

“The listing is accurate with what we received. The rental company is not available on weekends so our questions upon check-in on a Sunday had to wait- our AC didn't work. They sent someone to fix it but still no luck. They compensated us with just $150 which we felt could've been more considering how hot it was. Overall, it was a nice location, with easy access to the beach. It is inside a private community- you will have to leave the compound for any restaurants.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, especially because the location was so incredible—it truly made the experience. The home itself was great and worked well for our needs. Communication with the management company could use some improvement, but overall we had a great trip and would still recommend it for the location alone.”

“Perfect location and amenities. Easy access to the beach and pool. We couldn’t find the remote for the living room TV, sent a message and did not hear back. This small issue was not impactful as we spent much of our time outside and when we were at the condo we played board / card games on the porch.”

“The location was wonderful, so close to the beach. The first evening we arrived the odor of cleaning chemicals was so strong it burned our throats and eyes. As that dissipated a musty smell took over, especially in the bathroom. Everything appeared clean. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which was great! The only other thing that was really annoying was that they left just 3 washclothes for two people for 4 days. No one was available from the hosts and they never bothered to return my message i left. I also asked someone from the staff who said he would put some in our room, but never did. After being in the sand and surf all day i really wanted a good scrub. Overall, was a great stay.”

“Some better signage, since we were trying to find correct building in the dark. Condo was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Condo was missing the hair dryer. Notified host, but still not replaced the entire time we were there.”
