“Overall: meh. Not the easiest to locate in the evening, if you arrive then. The only two redeeming qualities are the beach gear/proximity to the beach and the pool. Host communicated well until I had a discrepancy with the listing (something listed but not provided). I raised the issue with the host. Host had poor communication and resolution. If I did it all again, I would spend a little bit extra elsewhere for a sound stay.”

“We spent 3 nights in this beautiful unit. It was spotless, had everything you could need and very walkable to all Captiva’s best restaurants. Don’t be afraid of the recent addition of the water park nearby. Once in the unit you are met with peace and tranquility. The balcony has a wonderful view of the marina, pool and Pine Island Sound. It was hard to leave it. Had all our meals out there. Very peaceful getaway!”
