“We had a great week at Captiva! Upon arrival, our unit had some hot water issues. We were without hot water for about two days. The resort was very responsive and even gave us credit towards our stay because of the inconvenience. We were also able to use the room next door while they replaced the hot water heater. Over all, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the resort! 😊”
