“The listing described the location as a cottage, but it's actually an old post office building refurbished & turned into a duplex. Finding it was challenging because Google maps takes you into the parking lot for the property & the entrance to the 'cottage' where the unit number is located can't be seen if you enter from that side. The refrigerator was inside the closet. The people staying on the other side had the tv volume turned up extremely loudly until midnight and we messaged management to let them know how disturbing it was & how unhappy we were that the 'cottage' was actually a duplex & not private. I know we messaged them after hours but we didn't get a response until 11am the next day & all they said was they would tell the other couple to watch their volume. They made zero effort to make our stay better. The following night (2am), the smoke alarm went off bc the battery needed to be replaced & our only option was to detach it from the ceiling. We would NOT stay here again.”

“We loved how this room was separate from the main building from the photos. We felt an extra bit of privacy. The room was lovely and comfortable. We didn’t have to mess with the air conditioner unit at all, which is installed above the TV. Overall it’s perfect for a short stay for two.”

“Beautiful sunsets on a beach access that is less than a 5 min. walk from the door. About a 12-17 min walk to McCarthy’s marina, Bubble Room, or Keylime Bistro and only about 5 min to the Green Flash. There are plenty of beach chairs, though the number of umbrellas could handle winds over 10 mph weren’t as plentiful. Overall a great location and a cozy place for 2 to stay right next to the beach. Definitely recommend and will return in the future.”
