“Very close to the beach with a walking path from the house. Clean and comfortable. No garage space available, but we worked it out. We only had a problem with the wifi. It worked 10% of the time. Not a problem for me, but my husband had a little work to do on his computer, but it never worked for him. We called and they sent someone out, but it still didn't work. Our AT&T phones didn't work well out there either. Just to let anyone know that may need to do work while on vacation. This should be rare :) Other than that, it was a great spot!!”

“The location was amazing but the property was dirty and needs maintenance. Trash was left outside, there was dirt on the floor ( paper, candies etc). We have a toddler and had to clean since he puts things into his mouth.”

“Overall satisfied with our stay. The space was good and comfortably housed 8 of us. Housekeeping was still there beyond our check in time. We had checked in and got keys but when arrived to house, she was still there - so we had to wait. Dishes were still in dishwasher and were dirty. After using the dishwasher, I felt it just doesn’t do a great job, so preferred hand washing them. That was a bad first impression and gave off the feel that maybe things are not cleaned well between guest, but after getting settled everything else was ok. Pool area is great. Outdoor hose for cleaning sand off is nice. Easy walk to beach. Added touches like beach chairs/ toys would be nice especially for guest flying that can’t haul all of that stuff.”

“The home could use some serious cosmetic interior updates, to match the rental price being asked of it. It was larger than expected, but also much more dated, worn and cluttered than expected. We've rented all over and never seen so much owners "stuff" in any property before. We didnt feel comfortable storing our things with thiers, so we had to live out of our cases. The kitchen was very well equipped, but again too much owners stuff. So we had no cabinet or shelving space to store our food etc. Housekeeping had to return to clean the fridge, wet pet urine in carpet and remove used linens from the previous guest. She was unable to to find the strong smell source, but did spray some lysol in in air. We asked for maintenance, but they never came, re hygine and safety issues. We could suggest this property to others and possibly return ourselves if the above items were truly resolved. Oh and if we we're better prepared for that hot, long, narrow, football field walk to beach.”

“We enjoyed the screened in porch, the swings, and the close walk to the beach. However there was some issues. We asked 5 months prior to our vacation for earlier check in due to how far we would have to drive with our infant and we got told to ask again closer to our date, so we asked again the week before our date to still be told no. On our check in date by the time we arrived the cleaning lady was still there which delayed the normal 4pm check in time as well. We finally got to inside and within 10 minutes of us being in there my infant unfortunately found a small pill under the couch that she tried to eat. The beds weren’t comfortable, not recommended for elders or people with back/hip issues would be best for smaller adults/children/teens. There was also a few roaches, and a lot of the dishes still had leftover food stuck to them as well. Completely on us, but we chose not to message about these issues so we weren’t disturbed. We chose to just let it be and enjoy our vacation.”
