Vacasa in Cape Coral, Florida

“My family of 10 loved it here. Plenty of space, lots to do, beautiful view, overall it was fantastic. My favorite parts of the stay were kayaking, playing foosball, enjoying the pool, and just relaxing on the outdoor couch and lounge chairs. If you are looking for a clean, and good quality stay with a large group, this is a great option. It was also nice to still be 40 mins from Fort Myers Beach. Although we wished it was a little closer, it was still a very doable drive. The only complaints we really have is that they definitely need a new fridge, my family had a few issues with it and a maintenance person did have to come out. Luckily they did have a spare in the laundry room which was extremely useful for our big family. The second thing we noticed was that there’s only 4 lounge chairs, and with 10 people we just didn’t have a ton of space to lay in the sun, luckily we brought our own beach chairs! Other than these 2 small things, we loved it here! We’ll be returning!”

“This was a great stay. We had a few issues. After messaging Vacasa for 3 days about why the pool heater was not working they finally messaged the day before we were to check out that there was a daily charge to heat the pool. They listed heated pool as an amenity and no where was it communicated that there was a charge. The margarita machine was dirty with moldy mixer still in it. The water pressure in the master bath was nonexistent and we all had to take showers in the guest bath. overall, we had a good stay, in a quiet community. The owls were interesting in the front yard.”
