“We were very disappointed with this stay and ultimately relocated with Airbnb’s assistance. Shortly after arrival, we found multiple issues including stained bedding, damaged refrigerator components, pool maintenance concerns, and amenities that were not available as expected, including a missing game console and only one bike initially. Our biggest concern was a fully submerged opening where the pool light belonged, and we chose not to use the pool until we received clarification. The management company eventually addressed some issues, but much of our first day was spent dealing with problems instead of enjoying our vacation. Most upsetting, about 10 minutes after Airbnb began helping us relocate, the owners arrived, pounded on the door, yelled at us, and called us names. We felt unsafe, and our autistic son was terrified. We left as quickly as possible. We would not stay here again.”

“This Airbnb was awesome. The home was nice and cute 😍 Pool and a canal in the back for fishing. Really wish it had a deck or seating for the canal . The main bedroom and the main bathroom leads to the pool outside. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you might need. My only complaints are the pool has no lights at night unless we just couldn't find the switch. One of the bedrooms didnt have a TV, and the internet buffered often when it rained. The master bathroom is beautiful. His & hers closets. The toilet is hidden in a separate room from the tub which is a free Standing Acrylic Soaking Tub. Open shower with twin shower heads and twin sinks on each side of the bathroom. Extra large laundry room with plenty of cabinets with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Irons and ironing board. Desk computer. Clean 3 car garage with umbrellas and chairs for the beach which came in handy💗 because we forgot ours. Patio furniture and lounge chairs for the pool and also a grill. Lovely place.”
