“Before arrival, we were asked through an external link to either pay an $87 non-refundable damage waiver or provide a $2,500 refundable security deposit. We felt this should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Unfortunately, the issues continued upon check-in. We found dirty linens with dog hair, dried dog urine, dead roaches, a dirty/peeling bathtub, and a pool full of bugs and debris. After a long drive, it was disappointing to spend part of our first evening cleaning and addressing these problems ourselves. What concerned us most was the management company's response. There was no apology for the condition of the property, and the initial response focused on their limited support hours rather than the issues we encountered. Many of the concerns were never fully addressed during our stay. To be fair, Taylor was courteous and professional, and Airbnb ultimately helpful. However, the condition upon arrival and the handling of the situation fell short of expectations.”

“This was a great stay with my family. Everything was found to be what was in the pictures if not better!!! We LOVED the pool. My family’s and kiddos pretty much lived in it the whole stay. We loved it so much we ended up paying to stay longer. It was Al worth the price and it’s very reasonable! We loved the cooking area. The bedrooms were great! There’s a tv outside which was great for nighttime! We most definitely plan on coming back here for another vacation in the near future!!! Thank you for having us as your guest!!”

“This place was exactly how it was described. The place was quiet and so relaxing. This has been hands down the best place we have stayed at. Worth every penny. They had bikes available and it was so nice going for rides in a quiet safe neighborhood and it was an added bonus. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and private. We always read reviews on places that we stay and if you take anything from my review, just know that this place was amazing, wish we had stayed longer thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!”
