“I hate posting a negative review, but unfortunately, this rental was subpar. I have rented in this area 15+ times in the past 4 years. We are Disney AP holders and prefer Regal Oaks because of its location/value. The hosts *were* professional and responsive, addressing issues quickly and kindly. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were not acceptable, even for a value property. It was almost comical to come across what we did: a large sharp piece of glass on the floor, a cockroach in the kitchen, a used band-aid on the shower sill, a dirty tissue behind a door, hair under furniture, and a showerhead that broke and sprayed water throughout the bathroom (which hosts addressed quickly). I booked this unit based on good reviews for cleanliness, but that was not accurate. Significant cleaning and maintenance improvements are needed. I did share with the hosts, and I am confident they will step it up, but I would not rent here again. FYI that you can also hear Old Town noise.”

“The home was very clean. The location was wonderful. Under 15 min to any Disney park. Close to Walmart, target & Starbucks. Kids loved the pool. A few cons- there was only 1 towel and one washcloth per guest. We were there 5 nights so had to wash the towels several times. The air will not go below 72. It was warm at night. We had to go to Walmart and spend almost $100 on fans.”

“Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying at your condo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and so cute. We loved the different designs and themes throughout each room, and our kids especially enjoyed them. We did notice a couple of things that could be improved. There was no hand soap provided in any of the bathrooms, although lotion was available. We were also disappointed to find that the shower liners appeared not to have been changed between guests, which we found a little unpleasant. The pool/waterpark was fun and a great addition to our stay, although there were quite a few flying bugs around the area that were difficult to keep away from us. Overall, we had a very nice stay and the condo was exactly what we needed for our trip. Thank you again for having us!”

“We had a few bumps along the way, but thankfully they were responsive and offered solutions. Some issues with cleaning and bugs. Thankfully communication was good within our hectic agenda as well, and we were able to get things sorted out. Thanks for the kind assistance and support through it all. Location was excellent and especially loved being greeted by Bambi 🦌 Would return.”

“Great location for the attractions. Good place to stay but the water pressure was incredibly low & the highest water temperature was not high enough for us at all.”
