“The photos of this unit make it appear as though it is facing the “neighborhood” side of the building but in actuality it is facing the alley and the a/c units servicing the entire building are directly outside the bedroom window. I asked if I could get an upstairs unit on the “street side” of the building as was told they could not accommodate. Furthermore, there was no hot water in the kitchen and the dryer ran for 2 hours and didn’t dry what we had out in there! Much needed improvement for the price! Would not recommend staying here.”

“Really nice stay on what was clearly a busy Key West weekend! The downstairs common areas of the house itself could use some updates (and some AC!) but our room was clean, cool, and quiet. Location is perfect… not right on the noisy drag of Duval but walkable to literally everything including the fun wharf area. The pool was peaceful.”

“We had a wonderful day at this beautiful oceanfront townhouse! The home was clean, spacious and intelligently laid out with a beautiful kitchen and family room. Each bedroom had its own en suite, and the pool/hot tub area was a fantastic place to relax! It was a quick walk to the beach where we could see the sunset every night! I highly recommend staying at the Pearl house!”
