“Love the area as always and the house has everything we needed. Bit of a funky smell upstairs and the fans were on in both bedrooms so it was obviously picked up on before we checked in and a dead cockroach in living room but everywhere was clean and tidy and has everything you need for a lovely stay. We were just disappointed as we booked knowing the area and coming from UK with paddleboards to access the water from the canal however we were not informed either by the advert or the company that the dock was unusable which ruined our morning paddleboard plans. Told there are other places to enter the water but not without deflating and reinstating the boards everytime which was the entire reason we booked the townhouse on the cay. Was told that we would be updated via the thread on air b n b as we do not have a US number to be contacted on to then be told tried to call but international number…. Then nothing! So based on communication alone I wouldn’t book Vacasa again.”
