“Beautiful property that is good for large groups. Lots of amenities and spaces to play. The jacuzzi is large and new. The pool seems heated but is still refreshing. The kitchen is beautiful and the table is large.”

“This was a perfect fit for our needs. Spacious, with tons of amenities - you couldn't be bored at this property! Our ages ranged from 87 to a 3 year old and we all had a fantastic vacation. There was a minor maintenance issue we identified at check in and the owners were incredibly responsive to make a quick resolution. We would definitely recommend this fantastic home for a family adventure.”

“My group (13 adults & 1 toddler) enjoyed this convenient location for our family summer vacation, as well as the variety of amenities provided, especially the beach gear and supplies. It was a great home base for my group's activities. However, there were a few areas that didn't quite match our expectations based on the listing photos, mostly around maintenance and upkeep. Additionally, without a floor plan the layout was a little confusing and we were surprised to find the bunk bed room, game area, another room, and bathroom in a separate space off of the main house. We also did have an issue during our stay on the property, which the host promptly worked to address and was very responsive. With some maintenance updates and clearer communication about the property layout, I think this could be a great spot for families! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful memories here.”

“Every year our family takes a vacation together with our children and grandchildren, and this was by far the best Airbnb we have ever rented. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious and thoughtfully stocked. One feature we especially loved was the separate two-bedroom apartment with all essentials, a sofa- bed with full bath, which gave one of our children’s families their own space while still being together with everyone else. We were a group of 18 people (16 adults and children, plus 2 infants), and the house had more than enough of everything. The amenities kept everyone entertained from morning until well past midnight. Both the adults and the kids absolutely loved the pool, mini golf, pickleball court, etc., we were only about 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Jessica and Jordan were wonderful hosts. They responded immediately when we had a small issue late at night and had it resolved right away. We felt important and taken care of. Recommend!”
