“Great place and an excellent experience overall. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is beautiful and very relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.”

“Great location, loved being close to the pool. Only downside was driving to drop off keys. That stretch was heavy traffic and needed to plan extra time with driving opposite direction to the airport.”

“We recently stayed at One Particular Harbor in Bradenton, Florida and had a great time. The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere of the property. The area was quiet, felt very secure, and was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our only small suggestion would be slightly more comfortable bedding, but overall we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back and would recommend One Particular Harbor to others looking for a relaxing place to stay in the Bradenton area.”

“For the most part the condo met our expectations. There seems to be a disconnect when communicating with Island Vacations and the property management. The smoke alarms went of at least 3 times (once was at 4:30 in the morning). As we evacuated the building, management from the property admitted the equipment is faulty and they simply didn't have funds to fix it knowing it was not working properly. We has 2 small children with us that were very upset as the alarms were scream loud and couldn't be shut off until the fire department arrived around 30-40 minutes later. Then the pool had recently been resurfaced however, there were missing covers on the drains that were sharp edged. The splash pad had WAY TOO MUCH chlorine. It was burning our eyes. This was not resolved during the 3 week time of our stay. In my opinion the rental fee was a bit high compared to others and openings that were still available on websites. I would have liked for someone to contact us with the issues we had.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The condo was simply great as it is well furnished and we felt immediately at home. The view from the screened lanai treated us to sunsets and a flurry of activity including boats from the nearby marina, fisherman in kayaks, and beautiful birds. Anna Maria Island's beaches, restaurants and shopping were a quick drive over the bridge.”
