“The place is fantastic, right on the beach. House is clean and spacious. Simple things would have improved this from a 4 to a 5 star. 1. No shampoo was provided 2. Hardly any toilet paper 3. Bad locks on the doors 4. Need more items in the kitchen like a cookie sheet. I was surprised that with the amount we paid for this they wouldn’t stock the home with some simple items. We had to buy toilet paper and shampoo which is such a waste because our stay isn’t long enough to be required to bring our own. This place is truly fantastic, the management of the place is a bit sub par.”

“I actually thought they under represented this listing and was pleasantly surprised by the short walk to the beach. ( 4 min slow paced walk). We also lost WiFi, I reached out and within 10 mins someone was at my door & it was restored. Great value for the area, we enjoyed our stay!”

“We zijn hier 2 weken geweest en hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Lekker relaxen op de bank, keuken was goed voorzien en de screened-in porch was heel fijn. Het zwembad was een belangrijke reden om dit huis te kiezen. Het was heerlijk weer en dus veel genoten van het zwembad en de zon. Bij aankomst was het zwembad vuil en na een melding werd dit heel snel en goed schoongemaakt. Keurig . De host was goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel bij vragen. De omgeving is heel fijn. We houden erg van de sfeer en de mooie stranden van Anna Maria Island. Zeker aan te bevelen.”

“We had a wonderful vacation at Nautilus 202. We have stayed at Nautilus several times but this was the first time in this unit. We love the location and easy access to the beach. The decor is bright and cozy, beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked very well. We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. We had an issue with the fridge upon check-in but Island Vacation Properties was extremely responsive, even over the Easter weekend, and went above and beyond to solve the issue. Communication was excellent from check-in through check-out.”

“Location was close to shopping and pharmacy services. Location was simpy excellent Friendly people in the community. Warm and welcoming. Our 2 bedroom unit was well appointed especially the well equipped kitchen. We liked that our unit overlooked the pool. Island Vacation Rentals responded quickly to a couple of small issues which were taken care of , Rental agent was top notch in every reqard !”
