Island Vacation Properties's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The house is perfectly located right in the heart of everything, literally just steps from the beach, with its stunning turquoise waters and fine sand. There are restaurants, shops, and a place that makes delicious artisanal ice cream. It's a very welcoming place where we spent a lovely few days with family and friends. The house is equipped with everything you need, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend it for groups looking for a fun-filled and relaxing getaway.”airbnb

“Loved the place. My only feedback is the front bedroom should be more suited for adult guests. Would prefer headboards and full length bed. Additionally a space AC might improve the temp and air flow. The rest of the place is delightful!”airbnb

“Had a great stay here with our family of 4. The location was right on the beach, making it easy to go back and forth during the day. The pool was never crowded and offered a relaxing break. The property was clean, bright, and spacious enough for us to comfortably relax without feeling cramped. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a perfect coastal vacation!”airbnb

“Nice to have a pool between the condo and the beach that we utilized daily. Peaceful and quiet area. Easy 15 minute walk to Bridge Street. Panoramic views of the gulf from this condo as it has an abundance of windows and 2 sliding doors that access the screened deck.”airbnb

“The place is fantastic, right on the beach. House is clean and spacious. Simple things would have improved this from a 4 to a 5 star. 1. No shampoo was provided 2. Hardly any toilet paper 3. Bad locks on the doors 4. Need more items in the kitchen like a cookie sheet. I was surprised that with the amount we paid for this they wouldn’t stock the home with some simple items. We had to buy toilet paper and shampoo which is such a waste because our stay isn’t long enough to be required to bring our own. This place is truly fantastic, the management of the place is a bit sub par.”airbnb

“My friends and I really loved this place and agreed we would stay here again in the future. Great walking distance to the beach and a little further of a walk to the main strip and restaurants, but still doable. Loved that they had things like beach chairs, an umbrella for the beach and a bike available. Also the cart to carry beach stuff on came in handy! Great amenities. The place has not had any updates for awhile as far as I could tell, but it didn’t bother us one bit. We struggled a little with the hot water and weren’t able to use both showers at the same time, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The place had what we needed and I would recommend it for a cute little beach home.”airbnb

“place. A few issues with plumbing. Clogged sink. Some insects 🕷️ had to be killed. Raccoon frequently used the pool so we couldn’t.”airbnb

“For the most part the condo met our expectations. There seems to be a disconnect when communicating with Island Vacations and the property management. The smoke alarms went of at least 3 times (once was at 4:30 in the morning). As we evacuated the building, management from the property admitted the equipment is faulty and they simply didn't have funds to fix it knowing it was not working properly. We has 2 small children with us that were very upset as the alarms were scream loud and couldn't be shut off until the fire department arrived around 30-40 minutes later. Then the pool had recently been resurfaced however, there were missing covers on the drains that were sharp edged. The splash pad had WAY TOO MUCH chlorine. It was burning our eyes. This was not resolved during the 3 week time of our stay. In my opinion the rental fee was a bit high compared to others and openings that were still available on websites. I would have liked for someone to contact us with the issues we had.”airbnb
