“From the moment we pulled up outside the property, we knew we’d picked well. The neighbourhood is lovely, felt very safe and in an ideal location for what we were after. We were even more excited once we entered the house as, put simply, it is gorgeous! We loved the flow of the house and how well decorated and furnished it is. It is also incredibly clean, including the pool area which was a pleasure to spend time in. The house has everything you could possibly need, making the stay very comfortable. As mentioned, the location was super. Anna Maria Island, with all of its magnificent beaches, was only a short drive away. Amenities such as supermarkets, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, etc. are all relatively close by, meaning that we didn’t have to spend much time in the car if we didn’t want to. Overall, we had a first class stay, loved every minute of it and were sad to leave! We highly recommend Leah’s property and would love to come back.”

“Very responsive host. We didn’t have enough wash cloths and they brought us more the same day. The condo needs a thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs on lamps, dead bugs on floor, no mattress covers, and floors needed mopped badly. The spare bedroom TV was missing a plug in so that the TV could work. The light fixture in the bedroom looked like it was about to fall. There were only two trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, and very little laundry detergent left behind. No coffee or filters, which perhaps it is guest responsibility for those things but I expected at least coffee and the above items. The beds were not comfortable, but maybe it’s because we have bad backs. The location was nice, close to a lot of attractions and beaches. We had to drive 20 ish minutes for keys that were not needed, despite instructions. It was a keypad entry.”

“We had a really nice stay. The pictures don’t do the beautiful pool/spa justice. After spending some time figuring out the hot tub panel to get heat, our kids enjoyed the cleanliness of the exterior and the screened in pool allowed no bugs. Very tranquil in the evening. Bottom line, the cleanest pool we’ve ever been in. The interior was even better and recently remodeled, very modern and clean as well with large Samsung TVs in all rooms. We lucked out that the garage was stocked with 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a cooler. Overall a nice stay, just too short.”

“We recently spent 3 mo at this property. The home is spacious and airy….lots of windows …. so it’s bright and cheery. It was also nicely furnished and very clean with a pleasant back yard. It is close to Anna Maria Island and basic shopping is within walking distance. We plan to return.”
