“We had an amazing stay at this apartment and would definitely come back! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the sand, making it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach every day. We also really appreciated the beach amenities that were included, which made our time by the water even more relaxing and convenient. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. We fell in love with the island's laid-back atmosphere, gorgeous beaches, and charming local shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Anna Maria Island, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!”

“Clean well furnished condo in a great location, with a very nice pool area leading out to a beautiful stretch of beach that felt private due to distance from public beach access points in both directions. It was convenient having a Publix on the island, but recommend avoiding on Saturday when everyone is there”

“The location is unmatched, the ocean view is of that of a 5 star hotel. Bridge pier was within walking distance. My toddlers loved being there. Plenty of beach and bath towels, linens, pillows, etc. The unit was nice and cold and rooms had ceiling fans. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need. There is a small battery vacuum that comes in handy to pick up any dragged in sand. The pool was really nice during red flag beach days. The unit has a versa style beach umbrella, three beach chairs, bougie boards, pool noodles, and a beach ball. Looking forward to staying there again.”

“Location was great. Condo is a little older, but not a big deal when you’re at the beach all day. My only qualm is that there is nothing listed as to what is available in the condo. It would be nice to know this condo has chairs, easy ups, salt and pepper etc. we hauled alllll our stuff (not easy when you are traveling with a medically complex child) just to find an abundance of swim supplies in the spare closet.”

“The PROs: - Location, location, location! This condo is on a quiet, beautiful beach. - The bed and couch, were comfy. - The condo was clean. The CONs: - We knew it was small, but it had different furniture than the listing and was rearranged with the TV/bed on one wall, couch on other. We like to watch TV from bed, not able to as expected. - The bed is right next to the wall AC, so the person sleeping closest to it was always uncomfortable because it was loud and blew directly on them. - The AC didn't keep up and the bathroom had no ventilation except an exhaust fan, making it hot. - They said there was no beach gear so rented equipment, but there were beach chairs and an umbrella we could have saved $$. - The wifi was inconsistent and needed rebooted constantly. - No closet for guest, dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, and lots of decor so limited space for guests. - No extras - one roll of TP, no coffee or filters, etc. we've come to expect from good hosts. - Elevator didn't work.”

“The home itself was nice and in a great location, but the bathroom cleanliness was an issue—the toilet had not been properly cleaned and I had to take care of it myself. I also didn’t hear back from the host after reaching out.”

“Figuring out how to enter using the elevator was difficult and didn't match the instructions. Otherwise, everything else was great. The location/setting, view and accommodations were all as good or better than expected. Would be glad to rent again next year.”
