“Great location, clean condo, and right on the beach. The only down side is check in and out times. I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless you’re planning on a longer stay. In our case, we flew in for a few nights to attend a wedding in Bradenton. Figured we’d grab this spot on the beach to take advantage of the location during a short stay…. Problem was, I wasn’t aware until I booked that check in wasn’t until 4pm, which defeated our late flight in the night before in hopes of getting some time at the beach on day 1. I requested early check in as soon as I booked, and I definitely understand that is not always a feasible option. We spend several hours enjoying the area, had lunch at Anna Maria Oyster Bar (which I can’t recommend enough!) but after 2pm we still weren’t getting a sense we’d be able to get in even an hour early - so definitely don’t count on that.
