Anna Maria Island Beach Rentals reviews in Bradenton Beach, Florida

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency and how concerns were handled. We booked this property for a family vacation with two young children. A functioning washer and dryer were important factors in our decision. Unfortunately, the washer was broken, and the dryer was not drying clothes properly. We learned from maintenance that the washer issue was known before our arrival and a replacement part had already been ordered. None of this was disclosed before check-in. While we understand maintenance issues happen, communication was frustrating. Responses were delayed, and some interactions felt confrontational rather than helpful. We also expressed concerns about repairs interfering with our children’s naps and vacation time. We believe guests deserve transparency when advertised amenities are unavailable. The lack of disclosure and how our concerns were handled negatively impacted our stay.”

“Everything was great. Very spacious and clean. Great location. We come to the island every year and we love it. I would stay here again.”

“I chose this rental because of the great reviews/photos, but our experience was very different. Upon arrival, the kitchen/table weren’t properly cleaned, appliances had food/fingerprints on them, there was hair by the bathroom sink, and the fan/shelving had significant dust buildup. I ended up cleaning the kitchen myself. We then found a huge roach in the bathroom, and the next morning part of the master bathroom ceiling had fallen onto the floor, which I also had to clean up to use the bathroom. Each concern received a generic response that it would be “relayed to the team.” They offered to send staff in while we were away, but I explained I wasn’t comfortable with people entering while our belongings were there. After asking about compensation, the host responded, “If things are so bad you request compensation please leave now and I will refund you for tomorrow.” I found this incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful, with such a peaceful atmosphere and a lovely view. The Airbnb was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of inside. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would happily stay here again!”

“We will definitely be back! The location & view can't be beat. Well within walking distances to shops & restaurants too.”
